The Chic Magnifique Free 30-Day Color Replacements Guarantee:

All Synthetic items from Chic Magnifique have a 100% free replacement policy. We understand it can be difficult to get just the right color and we want to make it risk-free for you. Not satisfied with the color you received? Maybe it's not exactly as you had imagined? No problem, please just contact us with another shade you want within 30-days of receiving your order and we will replace it cost-free for you. Thank you for shopping with us!

Note: The Color Replacement Guarantee is only applicable once per item per order placed. That means if you ordered 2 hair extensions and both colors are wrong, we will replace both for you, cost-free, but they can only be replaced once.

IMPORTANT: To Chic Magnifique YOU matter more than anything. Please consider letting us know if you have any issue with your order or item so we have a chance to properly do right by you, before leaving feedback on social media such as Facebook or Instagram. It is important to the health of our brand in the public space that we do right by our customers, so please let us make it right because we will. Thank you!

- You received your product in a damaged state and you have notified us within 14 days of receiving this product.

- If your wig was damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per your preference. All we ask is photo documentation within 3 days of receiving your product.

The same rules & guarantees apply to Remy Hair Extensions as with our synthetic hair extensions. All remy hair extensions can be replaced once per item per order for free.

In case you want a full refund of your item we will require that you return the item ONLY IF you purchased a Real Remy Human Hair Extension.

If you purchased a Synthetic Hair Extension in most scenarios we will simply repalce it for free if that is your wish. If you do not want a replacement we can only offer a refund if any of the below are true:

- The item arrived damaged

- You received a different color from the one you ordered

- The item never arrived at all

MPORTANT: Please contact us on support@chic-magnifique.com to receive the return address. Do not return the item without contacting us first. This only applies to Remy Hair Extensions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@chicmagnifique.com.

Shipment Costs During Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
